Your responsibilities:
- Supporting the sales team by providing technical information and coordinating with the field sales team to meet customer-specific requirements.
- Calculating and creating offers while considering technical specifications
- Active communication with customers via phone and email to clarify inquiries, provide information, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Ordering and procuring spare parts
Your profile:
- Completed education in a commercial or technical field
- Professional experience in a similar position, ideally with a focus on sales or technical knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in German, basic knowledge of English
- Solution-oriented and organized work style
