This is a part-time role with an alternative schedule. You must be able to work off-hours, some weekends and holidays (including Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday) as needed for client events.

This is the Job:


  • Managing boosted posts across Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X.
  • Tracking budgets, assuring they are spent
  • QA assets in market during boost to ensure smooth delivery
  • Setting up campaigns for boosted posts
  • Weekend promo changes
  • Setting budget rules and monitoring with bugs

This is you:


Basic Qualifications:


  • 4+ years of relevant Paid Social experience or related media planning experience required, with focus on team leadership and management
  • Ability to work an alternative schedule, off hours, some weekends and some holidays
  • Indepth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences (META, Reddit, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Prior experience in an agency environment highly desired
  • YouTube boost abilities a plus
