The
Industrial Material Specialist is responsible for ordering and coordinating product delivery to ensure manufacturing has raw materials on hand at the facility.

They also maintain inventory levels with daily and monthly inventory counts.

Duties include but are not limited to ordering raw material, data entry, filing, tracking, and managing production and raw material information into the AX system.

This position will spend most of its time in the Logistics department under the direction of the Production Planner.

Knowledge, Education, and Experience
A BA/BS in supply chain management, transportation, or other relevant studies is preferred. At least two to three years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of OSHA safety procedures. Excellent communication and computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Proven track record and ability to drive change and make improvements. Be able to work independently.
