Your new challenge:

Expansion and maintenance of existing customers, including customer consultation, monitoring of annual development and conducting renegotiations and adjustments
Customer visits including determination of customer satisfaction
Processing of complaints
Reviewing and evaluating incoming transport inquiries for freight traffic
Determining all relevant factors for calculation and preparation of offers
Maintaining offer and price lists as a basis for invoicing
Conducting postcalculation and deriving followup measures
Contract management for transport framework agreements with customers (freight traffic)

Managing contracts with infrastructure operators, personnel service providers, delivery service providers, and wagon technical inspections, including annual updates of documents regarding price lists and terms and conditions
Obtaining quotes for last mile delivery/pickup of entire trains/ wagon technical inspections/ use of infrastructures
Supplier management; evaluation of cooperation, supplier meetings, obtaining supplier selfdisclosures in collaboration with control and process management
