As a Senior Scrum Master (m/w/d), you will be responsible for overseeing 1-2 Scrum teams in the agile transformation of our projects. You will guide these teams - as well as their stakeholders - in their team development and implementation of the Scrum framework. In addition, you will lead Scrum workshops for our new employees and facilitate cross-functional meetings for our staff. This also contributes to our internal organizational development.
