• Greet Customers coming in to the warehouse.
• Schedule and maintain Tag and Hold orders and Customer Pick ups.
• Schedule Van Deliveries.
• Answer phone calls coming into warehouse.
• Weekly Review of Open Orders Report and update orders as needed to fulfill sales cycle.
• Help with Warehouse SOPs and NetSuite Transition
• Help with Bin Accuracy Reports and Audits
• Coordinates with Inventory Manager and Customer Service the delivery of goods to customers. Makes sure goods in stock are provided promptly to customers who are picking up their purchases.
• Contributes to the team effort by assisting others as needed. Performs other tasks and duties as assigned.

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Excel a plus
• Able to read and understand English.
