- Oversight and administration of project contracts and change orders
- Review, interpret, and comment on contract terms to minimize company risk
- Enter project data into Vista by Viewpoint software
- Prepare necessary documents according to state guidelines
- Generate accurate invoices and resolve payment issues
- Manage contractor requests and insurance certificates
- Handle liens filing when required
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant work experience
- Prior experience in construction industry
- Knowledge of insurance, bonds, and lien law
- Minimum 2 years of Contract Administration and Accounts Receivable/Collections
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication and organizational skills
