Tap House 57 is hiring part time Beerista/Servers to join our team We are looking for afternoon, night, and weekend availability.

POSITION INFORMATION:
Beerista/Servers

• Location: 2670 C Madison St., Clarksville TN
• Hours: May be required to open 2PM during the week or 12PM Fri, Sat and Sun, work at night till at least 9PM during the week or 10PM, Weekends may be REQUIRED.
•

Tap House 57 is looking for awesome Beerista/Servers to join our team As a Beerista/Servers you would be part of a family-owned and operated independent tap room that is passionate about craft beers, our team, and the community we serve.

The Beerista/Server's responsibility is to provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests.

Each server's primary objective is to show our guests such a fantastic time that they will want to return.

Knowledge of craft beer or previous experience is not essential, but an interest in craft beer and the willingness to learn is.

You will be asked to clean tables, take out trash, wash glassware, sweep and mop floors, clean bathrooms (no task shall be "too good for you" are a team).

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Serving beer with a smile.
• Execute transactions through Square pointofsale (POS) system.
• Must be able to maneuver kegs/rotate stock.
• Prep and serve food.
• Receive stock from distributors.
• Other task may be assigned as needed
• General house keeping duties
• Cleaning tables, floors, beer taps, bathrooms, etc.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
-
Be 21 years of age or older.

• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must have an Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) serving permit within 61 days of hire.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, peers, and guests.
• Must have a basic knowledge of service procedures and functions.
• Must have a basic knowledge of beer to include types and brewing process.
• Must be able to learn inventory and relay that knowledge to customers.
• Operate a pointofsale (POS) system (Square POS is a plus).
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
• Be able to safely maneuver beverage kegs frequently weighing up to 130 pounds.
• Must be selfdisciplined, take initiative, have leadership skills and must be outgoing.
• Must have a pleasant, polite manner and a neat and clean appearance.
• Multitasking and problemsolving: Must be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities and recommend appropriate solutions to problems.
