Job summary:

The Preventive Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and confirming our Preventive Maintenance visits with all customers.
Essential duties include creating PM inspection lists, manipulating data in excel spreadsheets, researching accurate belt and filter quantities,
scheduling inspections on graphic boards based on hours per inspection geography and workload;
analyzing account history to assign future maintenance; responding to emails and voicemails;
backing up customer service departments;
assisting with special projects;
creating databases containing scheduling information;
maintaining distributor appointment records via Google Sheets;
