Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of customer service and or investor relations experience
- Proficiency in using Google workspace and Salesforce is a plus
- Excellent communication, writing and reporting skills
- Demonstrated customer service experience in a fastpaced environment with deadlines.
- Selfmotivated in owning work processes and execution of tasks.
