RequirementsKey Responsibilities for Business Development ManagerStrong phone presence with both current and prospective clients.
Some "cold calling" may be required but more "warm lead" calls as we respond to inquiries made on our website or via emailConduct sales calls to client base with efficient information gathering along with follow up to build rapport and secure business contractsTrack and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategy and achieve targetsConduct market research to identify trends, competitors and potential opportunities for expansionMake recommendations for new lead sources as knowledge and familiarity with the industry developCollaborate with the internal team to develop proposals and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our servicesDevelop and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their needs and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfactionAttend industry events, conferences and network functions to build relationships and establish new business opportunitiesSome travel within the U.S.
