Entry Level Sales and Management Trainee Daily Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers through direct outreach initiatives
• Undergo intensive training in management, sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
• Assist in identifying potential customers, generating awareness, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets
• Work closely with experienced sales professionals to learn effective selling strategies and best practices.
• Participate in the planning and execution of promotional marketing and sales campaigns to create brand awareness and drive visibility for our clients
• Contribute actively to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training programs
• Participate in leadership development programs to enhance managerial and organizational skills.
• Learn effective team management, communication, and problemsolving techniques

Entry Level Sales and Management Trainee Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or retail preferred
• A passion for sales, management, and business development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
• Highly motivated, with a desire to learn and excel in a fastpaced, resultsdriven environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Adaptability and willingness to travel as needed
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory
