Your tasks:

You will be responsible for the execution, invoicing and acceptance (HOAI LPH 8) of larger technical building equipment systems, mainly directly on the construction site in South Greeley. You will be supported by the corresponding back office in the office.

  • Monitoring of execution on the construction site and coordination of all trades
  • Maintenance of the construction diary
  • Deadline and quality control
  • Invoice verification and cost control
  • Measurement, invoicing and additional work verification
  • Organization of acceptance and commissioning
  • Compilation of project documents

Your profile:

  • Completed technical university degree in the field of building services engineering or further training as a technician or master with a comparable specialization
  • Several years of professional experience in construction management
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills as well as coordination abilities
  • Convincing and binding appearance
  • Structured, independent, reliable and self-sufficient way of working
