Responsibilities:

Manage the continuous improvement of the quality of the produced goods, in close collaboration with the Glass Processing Manager and other departments, and take immediate action in case of irregularities

Ensure the continuous functionality of the equipment and machinery (monitoring and control of melting tanks, responsibility for fixing bottle defects, responsibility for dry lubrication of mold parts)

Supervise and train subordinate employees and apprentices, including personnel planning and support for employee evaluations

Act as a substitute for the department manager and Glass Processing Manager during shifts

Proper shift handovers and maintenance of relevant production documents

Maintain cleanliness and order in the responsible area

Ensure compliance with legal safety regulations and environmental protection measures in close cooperation with the Emissions Control and Waste Management Officer and safety specialists
