JOB DESCRIPTION:


As an Event Planning & Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales of our event rental equipment and services.

You will work closely with customers to understand their event needs, providing tailored recommendations, and coordinate event plans to ensure successful outcomes.

This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships.

You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, attending networking events and trade shows, and delivering compelling presentations to showcase our offerings.


SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:

*Minimum one year of experience in sales *Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written *Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills *Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism

  • Proficiency in English verbal and written (Spanish is a plus)
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel to meet customers or attend events to represent Tlapazola which can be at least 20% of your time

OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE:


  • Represent the company's products and services with indepth knowledge and expertise *Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies while prioritizing customer needs *Generate customer leads and build relationships through proactive outreach efforts and daily engagement with customers *Develop and refine sales techniques based on customer interactions and feedback

RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Maintain relationships with existing customers to provide exceptional services and identify new sales event opportunities *Identify prospects, set appointments, conduct effective sales calls, and manage event sales to closure *Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and conduct demos, handle objections, and move forward with business transactions *Achieve sales goals by assessing customer needs and following a defined selling process, including product demos and presentations *Collaborate with other team specialist to ensure quotas are met and company standards are upheld

Available shifts and compensation:
Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $ $20.00/hour.
