- Ensure adherence to GAAP standards, particularly in areas of revenue recognition and lease accounting.
- Contribute to the due diligence processes and the accounting of business combinations, ensuring robust documentation and control processes are in place.
- Engage in special accounting projects as needed.
- Support the financial close process at the end of each month, quarter, and year, aiding in intercompany reconciliations and preparations for Corporate Holding Companies.
- Oversee the management of our lease accounting compliance software, including offering technical support, managing access controls, and generating reports for users company-wide.
- Perform other related duties as necessary within the Corporate Accounting and Financial Reporting team.
- Participate in the preparation of the company's quarterly 10-Q and annual 10-K SEC filings.
- Help in the development and maintenance of the company's accounting policies.
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant role.
- CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- A solid foundation in basic accounting principles and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Experience with Oracle, SAP, and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) systems is highly regarded.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with management at all levels, including senior executives.

SHIFT: M-F, 8 am – 5 pm
We are looking for a Senior Technical Accountant, where you'll report directly to the Director of Technical Accounting. In this pivotal role, you'll engage in various cross-functional projects within the Corporate Financial Reporting department. Your primary mission will be to ensure our accounting practices align with GAAP standards, focusing on revenue recognition and lease accounting.
