Come grow with us by joining our team as a dynamic and results driven Internal Account Manager In this role, you will play a critical role for the company and will work alongside other professionals within the team and other departments.

You will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining relationships with our highest performing salespeople, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

You will serve as the main point of contact for assigned salespeople, advocating for their interests while also aligning with company objectives.

Responsibilities
Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned salespeople's inquiries, requests, and escalations.
  • Understand assigned salespeople's inquiries needs and objectives to propose tailored solutions and strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services and resolve any client issues.
  • Conduct regular checkins with assigned salespeople's inquiries to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on account status, including revenue forecasts and performance metrics.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional products/services.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, conferences, and events as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Resultsdriven with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fastpaced environment.

Physical Requirements

  • May be required to sit in long intervals and climb stairs
  • Must have good manual dexterity
  • Must have the ability to push, pull or lift up to 50 lbs.
