    We are currently seeking a full time Front Desk Agent to join our growing team

    Performance based bonuses, employee appreciation bonuses, birthday perks and free in-house treatment are some of the incentives this position has to offer

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Welcome and warmly greet all patients and guests
    • Confirm and manage online, phone and in-person appointment requests
    • Reply to all e-mail correspondence in a professional manner
    • Respond to patient text messages
    • Return missed phone calls/voicemails
    • Resolve patient's issues and concerns in a friendly and timely manner
    • Clean and prepare treatment rooms with all necessary supplies
    • Assist practitioners during treatments as needed
    • Gather charts for all upcoming patients
    • Coordinate scheduling of patients
    • Maintain general housekeeping daily
    • Collect payment from patients and confirm all charges for accuracy
    • Manage inventory
    • Order necessary supplies in a timely manner
    • Send intake forms and confirm completion of said intake forms
    • Confirm all appointments several days in advance of respective treatment dates
    • Maintain accurate documentation practices
    • Attend off-site trainings and conferences as appropriate
    • File patient charts

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent
    • Previous experience in customer service, front desk or related fields
    • Ability to build rapport with patients
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Amazing interpersonal abilities
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
    • Amazing time management skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Incredibly detail oriented
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Able to work some Saturdays
    • Bilingual (Spanish fluency) required
