Thunderbolt Network & Systems Administrator (m/f/d) / IT-Administrator (m/f/d)

We are seeking a highly skilled Network & Systems Administrator (m/f/d) / IT-Administrator (m/f/d) to join our team in Munich on a full-time basis.

Your responsibilities will include managing and maintaining our networks, Azure cloud platform, desktop environment, systems, and infrastructure across multiple locations, both locally and globally.

You will also be responsible for providing helpdesk support to our management (C-level) and staff, including handling hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.

With your strong analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills, you will easily handle the company's networking setup, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong commitment to customer service and be able to communicate professionally and courteously when addressing inquiries, problems, and requests.

You should also be driven to continuously monitor and improve IT processes to make them as efficient as possible. Your ability to problem-solve technology issues and work through processes without a clear solution is crucial. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of systems administration and network technologies.

We expect you to have a deep technical understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Windows, the Microsoft 365 suite (including Intune, Auto Pilot, and Entra), and desktop hardware.

Familiarity with Sophos Security (firewall and endpoint protection) and Desktop Central would be advantageous. Fluency in
