To strengthen our team in Berlin, we are currently looking for a:
Digitalization Management Specialist (m/f/d)

Full-time, permanent position · Berlin Your responsibilities:
You create training materials and conduct trainings for employees.

You are the main contact for license management, system administration, rights management, and access provision, for example in our CDE systems.

You act as the direct contact for external IT service providers. You continuously develop existing database and project structures.

You create reports based on Power BI and Power Automate and monitor system performance, evaluating processes to make continuous improvements.

You conduct audits of system usage and ensure compliance with data protection and security policies. You work on projects to select and integrate digital technologies and tools.


Your profile:

You have completed training as a management assistant, IT systems specialist, information specialist, or a similar qualification in the field of digitalization management.

You have comprehensive knowledge of database management, information architecture, IT security and data protection regulations, operating systems, data analysis, and automation.
