RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is responsible for responding to company and customer needs in a positive, caring manner while striving for prompt, accurate, and efficient transport of all parts shipments

Specific duties include:

Safely loading, unloading, and delivering parts on a timely schedule as directed.
Securing material onto the truck and ensuring that material meets state and federal guidelines for safe transport and vehicle capabilities.
Assisting Parts Departments in sorting and other warehouse duties.
Able to work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
Standing and walking for extended periods
Lifting up to 50 lbs., approximately 10 times a day
Safe work habits include operating a 1/2 to 1ton truck

REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires a self-motivated individual with a high energy level. Must be able to work alone and with others successfully and can meet work deadlines.

Additional Requirements:

Good driving record and a valid Class C drivers' license
Must have the ability to obtain a forklift License.
Excellent attendance required
Exceptional customer service skills. Must be able to interact well with customers and fellow employees
Must have 5 years of customer service and/or warehouse experience
Must have 3 years of computer experience and be proficient in MS Office software (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must be capable of accurate order processing, excellent attention to detail
High School Diploma or GED preferred
