The Accounting AR/AP Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Daily Cash Management
• Invoice Coding
• Main point of contact with vendors
• Prepare Tenant CAM Packages
• Responsible for working in conjunction with Property Management for the monitoring and collection of tenant receivables.
• Assist with monthly financial reporting preparation
• Assist with quarterly investor reporting and distributions
• Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting for entire portfolio
• Assist CFO and Director of Lease Administration with adhoc projects and deliverables.
• File Management
• Proficiency in Yardi or other accounting software a plus.
• Strong knowledge of debits, credits, and financial concepts
• Experience with general ledger reconciliation
• Familiarity with technical accounting principles

Pay:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
