- Reviewing and ensuring quality control on AI products developed for customers.
- Delivering and explaining AI products and services to customers in collaboration with the sales team.
- Assisting the sales team in promoting and selling AI products and services.
- Collaborating with the AI Information Specialist and AI Services Manager to deliver AI products and services that meet company standards.
- Providing technical training and assistance to the Helena team and customers utilizing AI services.
- Acting as the main contact for all AI field work activities.
- Working as a link between the branch and the Area Agronomist regarding AI services.
- Supporting branches in service-related sales such as installation and maintenance of weather and soil monitoring sites.
- Conducting training sessions on the use of GPS-related field and office software.
- Performing analyses based on collected field data to determine field management strategies.
- Assisting location teams with precision farming activities including soil sampling and training on electrical conductivity equipment.
- Serving as the primary contact for hardware and software issues related to precision agriculture.
- Ensuring secure transfer of all collected data for processing.
- Performing other job-related tasks as assigned.
- Maintaining regular and reliable attendance.
- A Bachelor's degree and two years of related work experience, or five years of related work experience without a degree.
- Understanding of agronomic principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel up to 30-35%.

The AGRIntelligence (AI) Area Technician is responsible for providing training and support to the branch location in the use of precision agriculture technologies such as soil sampling, EC data collection, and telemetry hardware installation and maintenance.
