Foundry Mechanic (m/f/d) for Die Casting

Location: Menden (Sauerland)

Key responsibilities:

Operating a tilting casting machine or hydraulically controlled die
Setting up (preparing) dies
Gravity die casting

Requirements:

Experience in manual gravity die casting
Thorough knowledge of common alloys according to DIN (230, 231, 239) and ability to troubleshoot any issues
Experience in treating molten metal to optimize casting quality
Experience in applying release agents to optimize casting quality
Willingness to work in shifts
