What to expect:

  • You will work actively during the semester (
    max. 20 hours/week) and in the semester breaks
  • Assumption of tasks in daily HR operations and support in crossdepartmental topics
  • You will be involved in ensuring that we successfully manage personnel development and support for our employees during the peak season

What we expect:

  • You are a bachelor's student (m/f/d) in a businessrelated field or a comparable program
  • You have a strong interest in complementing theoretical knowledge with practical experience
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good German language skills, preferably with additional languages such as Romanian
  • You are reliable, communicative, and have a handson mentality
