    Job Summary

    As the Product Lead at TixTrack, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our product ecosystem. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to our customers, driving innovation and championing user-centric design.

    This full-time hybrid position requires you to be located in either the New York Tri-State area or the state of California. While the role is mostly remote, occasional in-person meetings may be necessary.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    • Define and execute the product roadmap by leveraging customer feedback and market insights.
    • Identify opportunities to expand product vision and drive growth in the market.
    • Collaborate with various teams to align product initiatives and ensure seamless integration of customer needs.
    • Champion agile development practices and promote a user-centric approach to product development.
    • Inspire and mentor team members, focusing on continuous improvement and product quality.

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
    • At least six years of product management experience in a similar environment.
    • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving product initiatives.
    • Deep understanding of agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and UX/UI best practices.

    Compensation & Perks
    • Base salary range: $140,000 - $165,000.
