    We are seeking an entrepreneurial founding Lead Product Manager, reporting to our CTO, Akshay Buddiga. Here you will be responsible for leading and growing Traba's product function. This will include owning all aspects of the product roadmap & priorities, from feature inception to launch, for our worker, business, and internal team products. You will partner closely with our CEO & CTO and develop a deep understanding of our customers and workers to bring our product vision into reality.

    You Will:

    • Drive the product vision, strategy, and goal-setting process to foster the growth of Traba's products.
    • Deliver on the product roadmap, synthesizing feedback and data from customers, stakeholders, and analytics to achieve product goals.
    • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deeply understand customer needs and create intuitive product experiences.
    • Communicate across teams from sales to operations to engineering, ensuring alignment and customer focus.

    You Have:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
    • At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably with a software product.
    • Strong analytical skills, including experience running SQL queries to analyze user data.
    • Experience creating wireframes and workflow diagrams using tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
    • Experience with user research, such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing.

    Salary Range Details

    The compensation range for this position is set between $160,000 and $200,000, reflecting our market analysis and other relevant considerations. However, exceptions may be made for candidates with qualifications that significantly differ from those outlined in the job description.
