• Develop and implement programs that align with the center's philosophy and curriculum
• Supervise and support staff members in their daily responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and licensing requirements
• Collaborate with parents to address any concerns or questions
• Manage the center's budget and financial operations
• Oversee the safety and security of all children in the facility
• Lead staff meetings and professional development sessions

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
• Experience in higher education teaching or education administration is a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
