24/7 Emergency Plumbing company is looking for a Full Time Dispatcher/Customer Service Rep.


Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinate and dispatch service technicians to customer locations in a timely manner.
• Utilize strong communication skills to interact with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage incoming service requests and prioritize based on urgency and availability of resources.
• Utilize logistics and transportation management skills to optimize routing and scheduling of service calls.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in the dispatching system to ensure efficient workflow.
• Utilize phone etiquette and multiline phone systems to handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally.

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
