Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our team.

The Case Manager will be responsible for providing support and guidance to our clients, ensuring they receive the necessary services and resources to improve their well-being.

Duties:

• Conduct assessments to identify clients' needs and develop individualized plan
• Correspond with insurance companies to open claims, establish liability, and determine coverage
• Facilitate resolution of property damage claims
• Correspond with medical providers to follow a client's treatment plan and obtain medical and billing records
• Organize and maintain client's case file
• Collaborate with Attorneys in the handling and resolution of clients' cases.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in case management or related position required.
• Knowledge of Medicare regulations and procedures
• Knowledge of Insurance claims procedures
• Previous experience in personal injury law required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills required

Pay:
$ $32.00 per hour
