Growing General Contractor,STRONG Full Charge Bookkeeper to its team.
Responsibilities:
In charge of providing support to the accounting department, top-notch proficiency in QuickBooks, help with banks and credit cards statements, payroll, Billings, A/P and A/R - posting transactions, allocations, journal entries, adjusting journal entries and reconciliations.
Job cost reports etc...Skills and qualifications:
- Five or more years accounting experience
- Proficient with QuickBooks (desktop), and MS Office products
- Familiar with payroll entries
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be selfdirected and able to work independently, while also work well with others
- High attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Conscientiousness
- Displays a high level of effort and commitment towards performing work and demonstrates responsible behavior.
- Organization highly detail oriented, organized, and able to prioritize time management.
- Interpersonal skills
- Shows, courtesy, tact, empathy, cooperation, concern, and politeness to others and relates well to different people.
Job Type:
Part-time
Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour
Expected hours:
No more than 24 per week
