    Description
    TRENTINI is seeking a dedicated leader to join our team, someone with a strong drive and clear goals. With a rich history spanning over a century, we are industry pioneers. In this role, you will dive into our established processes to cater to our 2,000 existing business clients, while actively seeking out new opportunities, expanding our client base through referrals and leads, and guiding a small team to do the same.
    • Get hands-on experience in mentoring your team and gradually progress to the coveted Agency Director position by mastering our tools and workflows.
    This position offers a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.
    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Service the current client portfolio.
    • Explore new B2B prospects.
    • Supervise team activities and track their outcomes.
    • Provide guidance and training to new team members on established systems.
    • Report daily field activities using our CRM platform.
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and fostering leadership skills.
    • Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Exceptional organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
    • Proven track record of effective time management and meeting deadlines.
    • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately.
    • Thrives in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment.
    • Passionate about aiding others and building strong connections.
    • Previous sales or customer service background.
    • Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.
    • Community-oriented and actively involved.
    • Familiarity with CRMs (preference for Salesforce).
    Licensing Requirements:
    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the US.
    • Clean background check and access to personal transportation.
    • 45-day minimum assessment period before progression.
