    Description
    A full-time Website Administrator position is available immediately in the company s office in Minneapolis, Minnesota, reporting to the Executive Director


    Job Duties:
    Reporting to the Executive Director, the Website Administrator will have the following responsibilities: (1) Review and update web pages, content, and links using latest HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP methods, as well as tools such as WordPress, Adobe XD, and Figma; (2) Maintain consistent website functionality by conducting any necessary troubleshooting, diagnostics, or software upgrades; (3) Set up and maintain web hosting software, including DreamHost and HostGator, to ensure stability in the website s back end; (4) Track and analyze website usage data with Google Analytics, and create reports to visually communicate all data and analysis to colleagues; (5) Create and test website backups to ensure speedy disaster recovery; (6) Provide organization members with training and technical support on the usage of web tools; (7) Develop and implement new website features and procedures for website revision; (8) Utilize social media management platforms, including Hootsuite and Publer, and implement search engine optimization strategies to direct user traffic to the company website; and (9) Maintain consistent communication with colleagues to ensure that the company website hosts up-to-date information that aligns with the company s current messaging priorities
