Description
MedStar Medical Group is seeking non-invasive cardiologists to join their existing teams of experienced cardiologists at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center and MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital.
Both positions are located in Baltimore - a major hub for entertainment, art and cuisine.Baltimore also features a mix of urban and suburban communities and many highly rated opportunities for primary, secondary and higher education.
Practice includes ambulatory and inpatient responsibilities. Diagnostic activities include nuclear cardiology, echocardiography and performing & interpreting TEEs. Call frequency is low, e.g., approximately one night every two weeks (phone only) and 1 in 5 weekends. Post-call, option to take the next day off. This is an optimal position for a new graduate and an experienced cardiologist.Position Requirements:
Board-eligible/board-certified in Cardiovascular Disease
Board certification in Echo and/or Nuclear, preferred
Superior training and interpersonal skills
