- Define the platform architecture, technology strategy, and implementation standards.
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance data architecture solutions that support marketing analytics, customer segmentation, campaign management, and personalization initiatives.

- Collaborate with other architects and subject matter experts to integrate our solution with the broader ecosystem.

- Identify opportunities to optimize data storage, processing, and retrieval performance through database tuning, indexing strategies, and data partitioning techniques.
- Familiar with agile software development methodologies and understanding of enterprise project lifecycle.
- Experience in developing architectural solutions that contain multiple tiers.
- Familiar with identity resolution and identity management concepts within customer-facing web applications.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience 7-10 years as a solution architect or similar role working on high-volume customer-facing web applications.
- Expertise in backend technologies (.Net and C#)
- Deep knowledge of Amazon Web Services higher level services (eg.. ECS, SNS, SQS, Lambda, Kinesis, S3, Parameter Store, Cloud Formation)
- Understanding of relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB, Cassandra), and data integration technologies (e.g. Message queues, API integrations).
- Ingrained DevOps mindset and experience with a variety of CI/CD tooling as well as infrastructure management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
