+ Direct the day-to-day functions of the community including hiring, supervising, and directing staff in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards + Manage the coordination of care for residents, including the dissemination of information to families, staff, physicians and third party providers + Assist the Executive Director to ensure that policies, procedures, and state regulations are being followed
