This is what your day looks like with us:

As an extension of the team leader, you and your team are responsible for gardening work at external locations in the surrounding area.
Independent and professional maintenance of green areas
Handling of gardening machinery and equipment
Mowing, aerating, and fertilizing lawns
Proper planting of trees, shrubs, etc.
You support and supervise employees during their work according to the principles of assistance and selfdetermination.
You are responsible for structuring educational and care offers for our employees.

Enthusiasm for working at different locations
Completed training in horticulture/landscaping with experience in gardening, as well as additional training in special education (SPZ, gGFa
