    Job Description

    We are looking for a Process Engineer to design, optimize and improve the manufacturing plant operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that processes are efficient, safe and sustainable.

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze and evaluate the current production processes and identify areas for improvement.
    • Design and implement new or modified processes, equipment and systems.
    • Conduct experiments, tests and simulations to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed solutions.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot the performance of the processes and equipment.
    • Collaborate with other engineers, technicians and operators to ensure the smooth operation of the plant.
    • Document and communicate the process specifications, changes and results.
    • Process data, LEAN and other TQM methods to problem solve and identify operational inefficiencies.
    • Create standard operating procedures for process improvements.
    • Investigate issues and implement solutions to maximize operations while adhering to quality and safety standards.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in process engineering in a manufacturing environment.
    • Certification in Six Sigma or Lean or similar methodology.
    • Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CAD.
