If this sounds like the right fit for you, we are currently looking for a full-time Sales Representative (m/f/d) for our Service/Customer Service department to join us as soon as possible.

Our Frankfurt branch consists of over 100 dedicated colleagues and is responsible for sales and logistics in southern Hesse, Lower Franconia, and eastern Rhineland-Palatinate.

Our Service team is responsible for handling all aspects of offers and orders in the field of inspection, maintenance, and repair, as well as providing advice and support to our dealer customers for spare parts.

Driving innovation forward - your responsibilities:

You will provide telephone support and assistance to our dealers and service and maintenance customers.
You will handle dealer complaints and defect reports from general contractors.
Based on customer inquiries and in close cooperation with the sales team, you will create service offers, manage offer tracking, and handle spare parts procurement.
You will be responsible for order processing and invoicing.
