We are currently looking for experienced Home Health Aides (HHA) **to work in the client home on Monday

• Friday, 7AM 11AM**.

Home Health Aide provides assistance to the client who has experienced a loss in the ability to perform the instrumental activities of daily living to remain in a clean, safe and healthy home environment.

Perform patient care as assigned by RN or Therapist.

Give or assist with personal care, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, linen changes, feeding, AM & PM care, and ambulation.

Assist the family and client in rehab activities.

Perform or assist with activities necessary to maintain a healthful, clean, safe, and comfortable environment, including but not limited to, housekeeping and laundry.

Recognize and report immediately to the Home Care Supervisor and changes in the mental, emotional or physical state of the client.
