AP Clerk:

We are looking for a friendly and organized individual interested in joining an industry-leading construction company.


The AP Clerk will be responsible for accounts payable functions, including but not limited to processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and vendor PCard transactions.

Generally, supporting the Accounting department and assisting in accurate and timely financial statement reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:


  • Performing threeway matching of purchase orders, goods received, and vendor invoices
  • Entry of approved invoices into the accounting system
  • Vendor Account Set Up
  • Reviewing payable statements and following up on invoice discrepancies
  • Handling vendor payment inquiries
  • Processing and reviewing credit card transactions

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Must be able to write, read and comprehend written and verbal job instructions/information
  • Must be able to communicate with others

Education & Experience:


  • Associates Degree in Accounting preferred
  • One year of accounts payable / accounting work experience preferred

Pre-Screen:


License & Certifications:


  • Driver's License preferred, but not required
