Overview
The Logistics Specialist contributes and supports the operations of the logistics department by managing the shipping and receiving operations for the company.
General Responsibilities:
- Perform Logistics tasks including shipping, receiving, material management, and warehouse operations.
- Utilize an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for materials management and movement.
- Handle packaging and documentation for items being shipped.
- Maintain sufficient levels of shipping/packaging supplies to ensure shipments meet delivery requirements.
- Receive materials and move materials between quarantined, released, and manufacturing areas.
- Perform inventory checks.
- Maintain and improve warehouse area organization.
- Assist with improvements in area and process.
- Collaborate closely with other team members such in QC, QA, PAD, MFG, and external/internal stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Maintain high level of accountability, integrity, teamwork, and communication.
- Build strong & cohesive working relationships with colleagues across the company to accomplish company goals.
Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications
- H.S. required, A.S. preferred.
- With H
2-6+ years of combined experience in biologics manufacturing and Logistics/Warehouse operations.
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read and speak in English required, Chinese a plus.
- Prior experience working in a GMP warehouse preferred.
- Experience with biotech manufacturing is a plus.
- Experienced with MS Office suite of products.
- Excited to learn new things and open to new ideas.

Working Conditions:
- Crouching
Bending the body downward and forward by bending leg and spine.
- Hearing
