Support Our Growing Sales Force
We're seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Inside Sales Support Specialist to join our team as a Sales Manager Assistant.
You'll play a crucial role in supporting our Sales Manager and inside sales team, ensuring smooth operations, efficient customer service, and maximized sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:

Sales Management Support: Assist the Sales Manager with administrative tasks, reporting, and sales pipeline management.

Wholesale Expertise: Leverage your experience in wholesale sales (a plus) to assist with customer inquiries and order processing for large volume accounts.

Supply Chain Savvy: Utilize your knowledge of logistics and supply chain management to troubleshoot order fulfillment issues and ensure on-time deliveries.

Data Analytics: Maintain accurate customer records, product information, and sales data in our CRM system.

Team Player: Collaborate effectively with the Sales Manager, inside sales team, and other departments to achieve shared goals.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service, sales support, or sales role (wholesale experience a plus).
- Experience working with logistics or supply chain management (a plus).
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently while also being a team player.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree a plus.
