The Caritas Association for the Deaneries of Dinslaken and Wesel is the operator of the Karl-Leisner daycare center in Dinslaken.
- Further development of pedagogical concepts
- Personnel management and development

- Collaboration with parents and third parties
- Social network work
- Culturally sensitive work
