ARE YOU THE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN OUR TEAM NEEDS?

Knowledge and experience in physical plant maintenance, and physical plant protection
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to work with the elderly

WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?

This part-time facilities position works on weekends.

As a Maintenance Technician, your day revolves around ensuring the seamless operation and upkeep of our physical facilities. You embark on a structured program of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and repair maintenance to guarantee the longevity and functionality of our premises. Each day you diligently address work orders, ensuring total resident satisfaction. Your responsibilities extend to maintaining the safety and security of both grounds and buildings, with a keen eye on the neatness and attractiveness of landscaping. In the winter months, you play a crucial role in ensuring timely snow removal and enhancing safety on walkways and parking lots. From cleaning rooms to maintaining public bathrooms and grounds, your role is integral to creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all.
