- 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, business development, or customer success, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Must have started in pharmaceutical sales (not marketing) with a history of success at the district level in addition to proven success in managing a sales force. Must have had P&L responsibility in excess of $500 million in prior positions. Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and developing and executing on commercial strategies.
- Must have prior leadership experience in CNS/psychiatry
- Demonstrated expertise in creating and implementing go-to-market plans, designing and optimizing sales processes, and developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, MBA preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is highly desirable

Role Description
HOPE Therapeutics, Inc is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to join the team. The Chief Commercial Officer will be responsible for leading and managing all commercial activities across the organization, including sales, marketing, business development, and customer success. This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Miami, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. The Chief Commercial Officer will report directly to the Co-CEO, and will work cross-functionally with all departments to drive growth and revenue for the business.
