Champion HSCRC funding initiatives in collaboration with Regulatory Finance, coordinating efforts to secure essential funding for organizational initiatives.

  • Develop and present consolidated yearly Community Benefit Reports to Johns Hopkins Medicine Executive Leadership, highlighting the impact of initiatives and identifying opportunities for further improvement.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decisionmaking, including identifying trends in the market relevant to current and future grant opportunities for funding.
  • Manage a portfolio of $35 million in grants and restricted funds across Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, ensuring compliance with funding requirements and maximizing utilization.
  • Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, demonstrating a keen awareness of customer needs and delivering clear communication in an organized and knowledgeable manner.
  • Lead complex projects delivering significant business results, showcasing strategic and creative thinking, and fostering team initiative while operating at the highest levels of client organizations.
  • Identify potential conflicts and proactively communicate them to supervisors, demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks to ensure successful project outcomes.

Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required, Graduate degree and/or CPA preferred
**Significant industry experience in hospital, physician group practice, managed care organization and/or consulting firm settings. Over 10 years of Healthcare Finance experience.
