For the Department of Youth and Family, we are looking for a

Head (m/f/d) for the area of daycare centers and funding management

Reference number D 91/51.7

This is a full-time permanent position.

The department, with 15 employees, is responsible for daycare centers, including financial processing of daycare fees, operating permit procedures, and advising facilities, as well as the reimbursement of EU funding in the context of daycare centers.

Your responsibilities:

Managing the department in terms of professional and personnel matters, including organizing work processes

Further development of the areas of daycare centers and funding management

Development and implementation of concepts, training, and quality standards in the area of responsibility

Responsibility for the annual budget preparation of the department

Cooperation and collaboration internally, especially at the level of departmental management teams within the department, and externally with authorities, carriers,
