    Description
    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol
    • Greet customers and take beverage orders for guests from restaurant servers
    • Maintains a warm, welcoming atmosphere
    • Builds positive, professional relationships with guests
    • Ensures the correct drinks and food ordered are delivered to the table/guest
    • Performs other related duties as assigned by management
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Professional appearance and demeanor
    • Previous experience in bar operations
    • Basic knowledge of beer, wine, spirits and standard drink recipes
    • Must be able to operate POS system and make credit card transactions
    • Able to operate blenders, frozen drink machines, and other bar equipment
