PRIMARY FUNCTION
Accounting Procedures and Contracts Administrative Support


PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 Year College Degree preferred; or _
    Three _years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of _
    Three_ years demonstrated successful experience in construction accounting and administration
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office work environment
  • Notary a plus

PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills; selfmotivated with ability to prioritize, perform followup and complete multiple tasks.
  • High degree of customer focused sensitivity towards both internal and external customers. Team player with demonstrated ability to build effective relationships.
  • Valid California Drivers License and a clean driving record.

  • Customers/Jobs/Contracts/Commitments
  • Labor Compliance Reporting
  • Job Budget Import Routines
  • Subcontractor Management
  • Request Prelien Information from General Contractors
  • Create or Request Certificates of Insurance for Customers
  • Order Payment & Performance Bonds
  • Track Certificates of Insurance from Subcontractors
  • Attend Bid Openings on as needed basis

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Inside environmental conditions; protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes. Noise level is consistent with an active office environment in an industrial setting.


Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour
