PRIMARY FUNCTION
Accounting Procedures and Contracts Administrative Support
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 Year College Degree preferred; or _
Three _years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Minimum of _
Three_ years demonstrated successful experience in construction accounting and administration - Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office work environment
- Notary a plus
PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills; selfmotivated with ability to prioritize, perform followup and complete multiple tasks.
- High degree of customer focused sensitivity towards both internal and external customers. Team player with demonstrated ability to build effective relationships.
- Valid California Drivers License and a clean driving record.

- Subcontractor Management
- Request Prelien Information from General Contractors
- Create or Request Certificates of Insurance for Customers
- Order Payment & Performance Bonds
- Track Certificates of Insurance from Subcontractors
- Attend Bid Openings on as needed basis

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Able to communicate clearly, both in person and via telecommunication.
- Able to operate a personal computer/computer terminal.
- Able to travel to other locations on an occasional basis.
- Able to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Inside environmental conditions; protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes. Noise level is consistent with an active office environment in an industrial setting.
